We used the services of Ellis and Co recently to sell our house. Jason Davis was acting on behalf and did an excellent job of the sale and found us a buyer within 5 weeks of instruction. They were instructed on a joint basis with another agent but Jason was off the mark very quickly and had the property listed and a viewing arranged before the other agent had even photographed the property. Jason kept us up to date with viewings and feedback. Also, I have to point out that Ellis and co were pretty much on the mark with their valuation of the property and did well to manage our expectations during the sale process. James Ryan, the principal of Ellis and Co- Golders Green had acted on behalf of the owners when we bought the property in 2008, and even then, from a buyers point of view, he did a stellar job for the then owners by driving a very hard bargain! These guys are professional and very good at what they do. No hesitation in recommending them!
