I struggle to fully express how excellent the service received from Mark and all the other staff at David Evans was in the sale of our property . We regrettably initially went with another agent and the only good thing received from our first estate agent was that we were able to appreciate the difference between a useless agent and the high standard of service received from David Evans. They always answer the phone in person and Mark who delt with the sale of our property was always contactable and when unable to get to the phone would always return our calls. They have an unrivalled knowledge of the local market, backed up with years of experience. They provide sound advice and definitely went the extra mile to sell our property. Through their actions they were able to remove most of the stress from the stressful process of moving home.
