The team seemed to work hard to ensure I had many viewings and were brilliant at promoting and selling my house. Feedback post viewings always informative and useful and I achieved a sale price above what both of the other agents had initially valued my property at. I can honestly say that all staff at David Evans were polite and courteous. They went above and beyond to assist me with any queries I had. If I were to ever sell again I would definitely use David Evans & Co and have already recommended them to friends and family who are considering selling.
