As a first time buyer, they helped me through every stage of the process, explaining things and answering all of my questions. My solicitors caused a lot of issues along the way and without Mark and Anne Marie chasing and calling relentlessly, my purchase may have fallen through. Could not recommend these guys enough! So helpful, always on hand to answer my concerns and Mark even drove to my new flat to deliver my keys to me after a late exchange. 5 stars - if I ever sell this flat I will be using David Evans in Plumstead for sure.
