We used David Evans because the first agent we used (The same agent we used to buy the house originally ) did very little for us...After a short time we realised they were not interested in working with and for us....So we selected David Evans after looking about at our local agents. Mark came round and was refreshingly honest with his assessment. We decided then to work with them and Mark and his team quickly proved their talents and we had multiple viewings and shortly after a few offers.
