My partner and I couldn't recommend David Evans estate agents enough. We were first time buyers and were new to the process of buying a property. We had been looking for five months in north London with no joy and had found the whole experience of viewing properties highly stressful, it felt impersonal with other estate agents, often being treated like another number filing through a property with many questions unanswered and feeling like we were lost in the process. We fell in love with a property on the market with David Evans and it was a totally different experience. The agent (Mark) was really freindly, highly knowledgeable and was a reassuring presence throughout the entire presence. Mark was more than happy for us to arrange return visits (with parents) and was very fast at getting back to us at every step of the process. No question was off limits or too many and we were really grateful for his patience and friendliness at all times. Today we picked up the keys and are really thrilled and excited. We would definitely recommend their services to friends and family or anyone looing to buy in the area.
