Mark knows the area inside out, always goes the extra mile to give you the information you need to make and informed decision & genuinely wants the best outcome for you. He valued my flat in 2021, I decided not to sell at the time, but he stayed in touch and when the time came to sell, there was no one else I was going to go with.
