Arranged a viewing of a flat with Sarah and received a confirmation email however she never turned up to the viewing. After waiting 20 minutes outside the flat I called the agency and was told by a curt staff member my message would be 'passed on'. No apology was given and the matter was not treated with any urgency. It's now been several days and I was never contacted back regarding the incident or given an explanation (or apology). Awful experience, certainly would not recommend this Estate Agency.
