At the first viewing, he pre-empted all my questions, volunteering all the information that I could possibly want to know. Throughout the process of making offers, and having an offer accepted, he was excellent at keeping in touch, and was realistic and candid - a breath of fresh air, particularly in comparison to my experiences elsewhere. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly or quickly, in no small part down to Mark. I had struggled for almost 2 years to buy a property in the London Bridge area, and dealt with innumerable estate agents in that time. It was an unsuccessful nightmare and constant struggle.
