You could not ask for a better more professional estate agents - Angie was brilliant kept us up to date at all times! MOST definitely the best estate agents in Warrington from who we have had to deal with! I could not recommend them more.

Recently bought a house through Ashton's Stockton Heath, Excellent Service throughout and would highly recommend.

Ashtons sold my house for me ladt year and were absolutely brilliant helped with everything from finding a solicitor and financial advisor and were always on the phone keeping me up to date with the progress of the move .very professional and above all very courteous and polite when dealing with myself or my wife.

Ashtons actively promoted the sale of my property and gave feedback after every viewing which was useful. They accompanied many of the viewings for me which I found very helpful, and on finding a purchaser responded efficiently. Would recommend.

In the past we have used other well known estate agents and not been very pleased with their performance so we went with Astons what a difference so professional sold the house in no time at all they dealt with all of the viewings of the property and kept us informed at every stage of the sale we where made up with them and would not use any other estate agents if we had to sell a property.

We have worked with Nick at the Stockton Heath branch and he has totally changed our past perception of estate agents! He actively sold our house for us. He was passionate about the area growing up around there and he kept us informed of every step and feedback. We are not the easiest to get hold of but whether it was a Sunday or he had a day off he was always very customer focused. He managed to sell our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market and I honestly think that the fee is worth every penny for the service that you get here. Not forgetting the other staff who was just as friendly and informative if Nick was never around!! My husband says never again but IF we did ever move again we would certainly be contacting Ashton’s and Nick!
