We’ve just completed the sale of our house with Ashtons in Stockton Heath. Adam was fantastic, he was always contactable and happy to spend time on the phone to try and help resolve issues. We had complications along the way, due to a variety of issues - Adam ensured the queries between the two parties were turned around quickly and that the negotiations remained constructive throughout. I genuinely don’t think the sale would have happened without him. Would certainly use Ashtons again in the future!

I used to think that it didn’t really matter that much which estate agent sold our house. I’ve changed my mind now! We started with a different agent and weren’t happy so we switched to Ashtons (Great Sankey branch). From the start it was a completely different experience. The photos were professional and made our house stand out on Rightmove. Thank you Kristian. We were instantly inundated with viewings and positive interest. We were given helpful feedback and our agent, Emily was very helpful during the negotiation process. After we had accepted an offer, Emily worked tirelessly to keep the chain going. There were issues of communication and things being done on time lower in the chain and without Emily, I think we would still be waiting to exchange contracts. Emily went beyond her role and made contact with the chain several times a day towards the end, sitting on hold for long periods of time. Throughout the process, Emily remained positive, reassuring and communicated brilliantly to so many different people. Emily always returned our calls and we had no doubt she was working hard on our case. We really felt that she cared and defended our interests. We have no hesitation recommending Ashtons. Ashtons actively promoted the sale of my property and gave feedback after every viewing which was useful. They accompanied many of the viewings for me which I found very helpful, and on finding a purchaser responded efficiently. Would recommend.

We have worked with Nick at the Stockton Heath branch and he has totally changed our past perception of estate agents! He actively sold our house for us. He was passionate about the area growing up around there and he kept us informed of every step and feedback. We are not the easiest to get hold of but whether it was a Sunday or he had a day off he was always very customer focused. He managed to sell our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market and I honestly think that the fee is worth every penny for the service that you get here. Not forgetting the other staff who was just as friendly and informative if Nick was never around!! My husband says never again but IF we did ever move again we would certainly be contacting Ashton’s and Nick!
