What a fabulous experience with Nick and the team at the Stockton Heath Branch!! From start to finish!! From viewing a house that we liked, to putting ours up Nick actively sold our house in less than 2 weeks! He brought so many people in and his passion and knowledge of the area was passed on to many viewers! Once offers were accepted Nick drove the process being part of every step, a totally honest and open approach made us feel easy throughout. Nick kept in touch on weekends and nothing was ever too much trouble! Ashton’s were worth every penny of their fee! We’ve just used Ashton’s in Stockton Heath to sell our house, and they were great. Nick was so enthusiastic from the very first visit and then went on to market the house brilliantly. The photos, copy and 3-d tour were top notch. We had a steady stream of viewings, all handled professionally and at times to suit the potential buyers. The buying process was a bit long and painful due to issues further down the chain but nick was always onto it, chasing solicitors regularly, and all credit to him that it completed when it did. We are really grateful to him for being so pro-active, positive and professional throughout, and for being an overall good egg. We would definitely recommend.

After writing the previous review we received a phone call from the manager who could not have been more professional. He apologised and explained there were mitigating circumstances, which at least provided with us with an explanation as to why we had received such bad service. It's a shame we never had the opportunity to deal with him in the first place.

I used to think that it didn’t really matter that much which estate agent sold our house. I’ve changed my mind now! We started with a different agent and weren’t happy so we switched to Ashtons (Great Sankey branch). From the start it was a completely different experience. The photos were professional and made our house stand out on Rightmove. Thank you Kristian. We were instantly inundated with viewings and positive interest. We were given helpful feedback and our agent, Emily was very helpful during the negotiation process. After we had accepted an offer, Emily worked tirelessly to keep the chain going. There were issues of communication and things being done on time lower in the chain and without Emily, I think we would still be waiting to exchange contracts. Emily went beyond her role and made contact with the chain several times a day towards the end, sitting on hold for long periods of time. Throughout the process, Emily remained positive, reassuring and communicated brilliantly to so many different people. Emily always returned our calls and we had no doubt she was working hard on our case. We really felt that she cared and defended our interests. We have no hesitation recommending Ashtons.
