From start to finish I found Ashtons in Stockton Heath to be professional, efficient and courteous. The purchase of the property was far from straightforward, through no fault of Ashtons, but Luca in particular, and his colleagues were on the ball every step of the way. It's always a good sign when someone says they'll call you back and they do! Luca displayed an excellent grasp of the legalities required when purchasing a property and went well above and beyond his primary responsibilities. He handled all of our queries with courtesy, urgency and with a genuine "human touch" attached to our dealings. I cannot speak highly enough of Luca and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services that Ashtons provide.

We bought our first home using Ashtons and from the start they have been nothing but helpful. We had Luca as our estate agent who always kept on top of emails and made sure to checkin with a call as much as possible. We just bought our new home. Special thanks to Luca for helping and guiding us throughout the entire process. His timely responses and coordination between all the parties made the process go smoothly. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

We purchased a property through Ashtons, Stockton Heath in December 2025. Having dealt with most of the local estate agents on the search for our new home, I can honestly say Ashtons were head and shoulders above the rest. They always answered the phone, always replied promptly to emails and the whole team are fantastic. They were honest and open, nothing covered up and everything explained.
