Excellent. Sale for full asking price first day. There were difficulties along the way throughout the chain. But Brad was across our sale and purchase and every other part of the chain and with his dogged determination he was solely responsible for a successful conclusion, an asset to the team. Having dealt with a good number of estate agencies before, it was a joy to interact with the Stockton Heath office of Ashtons. All the staff are incredibly polite and helpful and Cathy the manager, went above and beyond in her role. She is attentive, professional and clearly is really good in what she does. The communication from the team was impressively prompt, I never felt unable to reach out to them or get answers to my questions, no matter whom I spoke to. Honestly, such a great experience all around! Definitely recommend!

In the area of Stockton Heath there are many estate agents to choose from when selling a property. I cannot see any matching Ashtons. The service I received was flawless from start to finish. At valuation Cathy showed enthusiasm to sell my property and highlighted a very clear plan of how to achieve the best sales price for me. There was interest in the property within 24hrs of going live and the property was sold for the full asking price within 9 days of being listed. After acceptance of the offer Ashtons remained in constant communication liaising with me on a regular basis until the completion date. They offered great advice and their experience and knowledge was reassuring during the process. The team are friendly, professional and most importantly communicate extremely well. I can see why they are regarded as the best in the area.

Ashtons Stockton Heath were a great support throughout our house sale and purchase journey. We only have positive things to say about Molly and the rest of the team at Ashtons. They went above and beyond to help us secure our new home. After they managed to list and sell our previous property in only 10 days, they put in so much effort continually chasing up and down our 7 strong chain, being our only means of communication throughout the process, sometimes even doing the work of our solicitors! Can't recommend them highly enough 💪

Tbh, it's been a LONG time since we have moved house, so it was all a bit of a new experience. Ashtons made a pretty stressful time quite a bit easier to cope with. They chased things for us, made viewings at the properties we wanted to see when we wanted them, and then sorted everything out that they could sort out on the house we bought, being the go-between between the solicitors, plus us and the vendors. So yes, Estate Agents often get a bad name, but mainly because this house buying malarkey is so stressful and they are in the middle of it all - but the reality for us was that Ashtons Stockton Heath (Brad & the rest of the team) actually made it easier to cope with. So, thanks again!

Molly has been assisting us in buying a property. She has been wonderful throughout! We appreciate her friendly demeanour and her honest straightforward communication skills.
