Easy to deal with but sometimes slow at replying. Tenancy was not explained fully when Moved in so didn't understand reporting issues. Was left without hot water for 2 days.
Never did any visits to property in the 8 months I lived there.
But invoices always sent to email which was handy

However, since your tenancy was fully transferred to us from the previous estate agency just five months ago, the previous agency was still responsible for providing an explanation of the tenancy contract and conducting inspections up until the completion of the transfer.
