Thank you for your recent review for our Llanelli rentals team. Whilst we appreciate living with a roof leak must not have been a pleasant experience, especially where environmental health was involved, unfortunately due to the works required to the roof, this could not have been completed with occupants therefore there was no option but to issue notice for vacation and hand the property back to the landlord for the works to be completed, as the comfortable living and safety of our tenants is of the upmost importance to us. Where there are arrears involved at the end of tenancy, we do have a policy in place to follow these up on behalf of the landlord.
