Brilliant service. The staff are very efficient. I requested a valuation for the house online and had a callback the same day. Melanie then came out the next working to do it. Again, as soon as we decided to go ahead with putting our house on the market Melanie came straight back out to the take photos. She did the listing the same and the house went live the next day (I couldn't actually believe how quick they did it) We then had 2 block viewings done by Leah that week and accepeted an offer that we were really happy with. (I think the house was only up for a sale for about a week). I highly recommend Dawnsons if you are planning to sell you house.
