Fantastic estate agents to use. All team members were lovely and really made us feel at ease. They were informative and honest with us. Also really appreciate how Lorraine managed my labs neediness for attention :D. Leah Rees went above and beyond yo get us a valuation booked ASAP, even though they were swamped to begin with. I couldn't thank you all enough. From the moment Leah showed us the soon to be our forever home, to the moment we received our keys, it was a smooth process. Clear and precise information, updates and follows up. Couldn't recommend Lorraine and her team enough. Fantastic service all around. A big thanks to the Llanelli Team; showing a lot of patience with my wife and I debating whether or not to put the house on the Market last December, Melanie and Lorraine took all the details and photos "Just in Case" and kept them ready, Decision made just a few weeks ago, house on the market, 4 viewings first week, house sold for full asking price. Brilliant service. The staff are very efficient. I requested a valuation for the house online and had a callback the same day. Melanie then came out the next working to do it. Again, as soon as we decided to go ahead with putting our house on the market Melanie came straight back out to the take photos. She did the listing the same and the house went live the next day (I couldn't actually believe how quick they did it) We then had 2 block viewings done by Leah that week and accepeted an offer that we were really happy with. (I think the house was only up for a sale for about a week). I highly recommend Dawnsons if you are planning to sell you house.

A wonderful team. From the moment Mel stepped in to the property and valued ( which gave me a big shock) . She was confident she could get the right price and her enthusiasm was infectious. She was right there were a lot of viewings confirmed within a week of advertising. Lorraine was great with her negotiating skills and kept me informed with everything. Dawsons are the letting managers of my company property portfolio. They are excellent to deal with and always available at the end of the phone. They take all the pressure away and deal with absolutely everything. They are very knowledgeable and up to date with everything. Would highly recommend the hardwork and excellent services that they offer.
