I have purchased a student unit in X1 liverpool one about two years ago. Since the time when the unit started to be rented out in October 2015 Jayne was in close contact with me helping with all the bureaucratic issues related to an overseas investor like myself. She helped me with dealing with the tax authorities to get all the necessary paperwork. All payments were per schedule and when small mistakes were made she was quick in responding and resolving all issues. I look forward to working with her in the upcoming years.

The team are extremely helpful when help is required, especially David. Also, events are held on a regular basis that help everyone in the complex come together and have a great time. I am really enjoying living in X1 The Studios, and the facilities provided are of a really high standard!

Booking my room for the third year

Although it is expensive compared to other sites, you get what you pay for, communications are smooth and you can easily get along with your manager (in my case cameron). Although maintainaince can be slow and you have to keep reminding it does get done and i've just rebooked my room for the third year. Security staff Jed and Ant are very friendly and always present incase of problems or even a chat.

Ease.

If you are struggling to find a proper accommodation, X1 lettings have varieties of accommodation you could choose from. They would not disappoint you! Currently staying at X1 The Studios and David is the manager of this building. Although it is quite a walking distance to University of Liverpool but I am more happy to have him to provide the services, it just makes me as a young teenage girl/student feel more ease when he could provide me with clear answers. It definitely solve my problems and confusion! I would definitely recommend for those who are looking for a place to stay.

Worst management ever! X1 Liverpool One

Nothing gets fixed. Emails are repeatedly ignored! Awefull washing machines with mold that everyone ignores. Very poor sound insulation, loud outside.

I have not experienced such bad management ever. Responding to emails, dealing with issues and communication! I live in the Arndale house in Liverpool and do not recommend at all!! Definitely not good value for money, every peice of furniture has fallen apart! The kitchen area is a hazard, every chair and dining table isn't stable so no one can sit there! My mattress which I have asked to get a new numerous times all the springs stick out and I have caught my foot on poking out springs! None of the locks work so strangers are at ease to enter your living area (also emailed about and got ignored!) Only good thing is location, however in Liverpool there is so many student accommodations in the city centre so I would definitely not book this place!
