Excellent, outstanding service!
I would like to thank my current landlord Eoghan for my amazing experience at X1 Liverpool One. I stayed at X1 Liverpool One for 6 months and the experience from start to finish was great, Eoghan was always able to assist with anything I needed help with and was always a friendly face to see on site. I have rebooked my room and decided to stay for 48 weeks as I begin my university experience. My studio apartment is the ideal city centre location and close to everything I need and the studio itself is furnished to a very high standard. X1 has lots of accommodation to offer in Liverpool and Manchester so I will definitely be life-long tenants with them after I graduate.

My 1st yr uni accommodation!
Stayed in Borden court first year of university. Although I was worried before hand, it was so easy to make friends! They had alot of moving in parties and events to get involved with. Its also a really sociable environment so met so many great people in the same situation as me! Nothing to fault, staff helped me with move in/outs and got my deposit back quickly! Looking to stay at X1 again this year with friends I met!! Thankyouuuu :);) xx

Tenant of Multiple Buildings
I lived in both X1 Border Court whilst in my final year of university and then onto The Gallery when I started working. The customer service of the company is what made me want to stay renting with them, and they made the move easy for me. They also offered me several other options when I came to deciding what building to move to. I would recommend renting with X1.

Lived in the X1 Courtyard for my third year and had a great experience
Entered my third year of university and was looking for somewhere to live that was good priced, stylish and in Liverpool City Centre. I ended up moving into the X1 Courtyard, Ciara McGilloway who works for X1 Lettings was extremely helpful and polite when assisting me in choosing my accommodation, Ciara was also very reachable and responsive in terms of any problems or questions I had whilst living in the Courtyard. My overall experience was brilliant, I am now looking to re book with the X1 and work full time in the City :) :)

Excellent! Ciara McGilloway
Ciara McGilloway is a life saver. Really helpful an excellent agent who kept me updated with everything and made me feel welcome and excited to move into my apartment, I would not be here in Liverpool if it was not for her help and support.. The apartment is well worth the money and in a great location. I love everything about it, this is my first time moving away from home and this place is like as close to home as it could get, Will definitely be staying next year 'hopefully'. Recommend these to anyone.

Townhouse
The houses are very beautiful and brand new. The people who work for X1 are very nice and understanding. I was unable to move to the accommodation due to problems, the manger Charlotte was very helpful and understanding and she sorted me out. I am soo happy and pleased with their services and understanding towards the students.
