Contacted this Managing Agent after some very poor service with previous agents.. Every contact I have had so far has been professional and prompt. They have been pro-active and knowledgeable when issues have arisen and everything has been handled smoothly and exactly as I would have hoped. I really am pleased with their professional, knowledgeable, business-like approach. Very pleased with the experience so far and am gradually migrating mny whole portfolio across to them..
