I am moving from Switzerland to Liverpool and have had a really rough time finding a place. Going through different agencies, all of which very friendly enough but very unreliable (not answering emails, promising to get back and then never do etc.). Finally, with Belvoir, it was a completely different experience. Zana was quick to respond, always very straightforward to communicate with and just a godsend through this difficult task of finding a new home abroad. I specifically enjoyed to finally have a personal connection and not always have to repeat my whole story with every phone call simply because yet another agent had picked up who had never heard of me before, like it was the case with several other agencies. If anybody asked me where to start looking for a place in Liverpool, I'd recommend Belvoir in a heartbeat.
