As this was my first and only experience with renting out my flat, I was very happy to use Belvoir as they seemed extremely professional and all my questions were answered. I've had 2 sets of renters and both have been fine as far as payments. I have an older property and things did need to be looked at from time to time, but throughout I felt Belvoir kept me up to date and allowed me to investigate the issues while managing the tenants expectations.They also have a good selection of Builders and Plumbers, etc who were able to act quickly to sort any issues and they were reasonably priced.
