The transition from finding our Apartment and moving in was smooth and the Office Staff were always at the end of the phone if we had any problems. We have been with Belvoir for over Two Years now and if we ever have a maintenance concern, we always have it rectified once its placed on the Work Flow. Overall we are both happy with the current service we are receiving from Belvoir and its support Team and I would highly reccomend.
We have been working with Belvoir for a little more than a year now . Its been quite a challenge for the letting agents throughout the Lockdown and everyone has had to learn how to work remotely . With this is mind all Belvoir's letting agents have overcome this major hurdle and new practices and procedures have been implemented and more importantly communicated to us . In fact mostly everything is communicated to Cleanserve so we too can adapt and change to fit in with Belvoir and move forward in these tumultuous times and continue a strong relationship .
I have been dealing with Belvoir from 2016, I find them a highly organised and efficient letting agent. Any property, tenant or maintenance issues are always dealt with in a very timely manner with the upmost professionalism. I would highly recommend the team at Belvoir.
We have been in our flat for a year now and initially Belvoir were very helpful and quick in getting our tenancy agreed and getting us moved in, we had decided to extend our tenancy and Mike was so helpful in getting this done for us, he answered all our questions quickly and had the extension sorted with the landlord so quickly too. He made the process so easy and we didn???t have to worry about any of it.
Great! I realized it is truely an added value service from Belvoir when I received an online routine inspection video of my flat from Mike Nicholson plus a routine inspection report attached as well. It is a very good experience as an overseas buy-to-let landlord because my flat's status quo was visualized by me from the video. And I am pleased to find out from Mike that the periodic inspection will be carried out twice a year and they are included in my management fee paid to them already. Also he told he will visit my property in person for a more detailed report once the COVID lockdown is finally over. How wonderful their services are!
