Mike was great - both in supporting me with maintenance issues at my property (broken washing machine!) and when performing my routine flat inspection. Great customer service, fantastic communication and followed up with me to make sure everything was sorted once my new machine was installed. We recently needed to renew our tenancy agreement with our current tenant as it was coming to an end. This was handled by Mike from Belvoir. He contacted us about whether we wanted to renew the tenancy with plenty of time before it was due to end and once we said we were happy for it to be renewed, Mike handled everything for us making the the job of being a landlord really easy. Mike has also carried out a recent inspection of the property for us. He provided us with a detailed inspection report and responded very quickly with a resolution when we queried something on it.
