Belvoir service is great and the agent, Lucy, is prompt in replying to any queries, she is also very patient and courteous. Most impressive of all is the so-called "landlord portal", which records status(deposit,repairs,rent paid) of all parties with transparency. I am a new client but so far I am really pleased to have Belvoir as my letting agent.
