I had a terrible experience with my previous letting agent. I was feeling really worried and stressed as the property had been off the market for a few months due to poor management by the previous agent. I am really happy about my Belvoir Liverpool experience. Not only was the team really communicative, but they also got my property back on the market and found a tenant to move in within a week. Lucy & Kostas answered all my questions and really made me feel taken care of. A huge difference from what I had experienced with other agencies. Very happy and will continue using them to manage my asset.
