I had a difficult situation to manage due to a collapse of the roof of my apartment complicated by the fact that the liable landlord could not be contacted. This caused an irregular situation. Belvoir and in particular Kyle Hoffman was was quick to intervene and manage all aspects of the situation which had a just conclusion. Thank you Kyle for your timely actions and communication skills.
