As with many house transactions, there were occasionally delays and hitches at various points along the line, but Michael was always there, chasing up where need be, making sure people did what they were supposed to do, and he always got results. We found him to be punctual, reliable and professional. Not only was he easy to contact, but he also kept us up to date regularly with the proceedings by phone, or email when one of us was not around.
