We have had mixed experiences with our letting through Belvoir; the landlord was difficult to engage with (especially for issues on moving into our flat, repairs which were necessary, and in relation to our deposit return). Belvoir! have been honest with us and clear, and have been able to help as much as they are able to (within their remit of responsibility with the landlord). Friendly staff, and Belvoir! have been easy to deal with. Unfortunately our landlord was not!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
