AVOID!! Everything is too much effort for this company. As a tennant they will will drag there feet and make a fuss about fixing any problems there is with the property and as a landlord they will take minanle care of it and complain every time they have to do any work. (Picking up the landladies mail was a massive chore for them that they only did once and just kept asking us to take it to them) We put up with stained carpets, broken sofa, broken furniture, a warn out matress, no hot water in the kitchen from day one without any attempt to fix any of these things and it took them three weeks to fix the broken heating in the middle of winter. Very reluctant to do anything. (Even the Plummer moaned about coming out!) After six months our tenantcy was at its end and we chose not to renew due to the flat not being anywhere near up to scratch. At this point they tried to charge us for breaking items like the sofa and getting the carpet cleaned and so on. Very disappointed with the survice we recived throughout and would be heart broken if this was my flat they where 'looking after'. Avoid at all costs. Even a smile is too much like hard work for these people.
