0 stars. Grumpiest, most disgruntled, miserable, horrible, man in the shop. I doubt any properties actually get sold or let, and if they do im sure they compare like refuse to other companies

Useless. Agent is super super slow and you have to do their job and stay on top of them to get a deal over the line. You won’t get regular updates, and when you do it will be because you chased them. From the moment the memorandum of sale was produced, they just failed on all fronts. Their client then pulled out after 5 months of mincing about and I got a one line email saying they pulled out. If your a seller and you want to actually sell your property, go somewhere else.

If I could give this company less than 1 Star I absolutely would. I have never met such unprofessional and inhuman people in all my years on this planet. They talk to you like you’re beneath them and When they are actually in the office (which is hardly ever) I have had the phone put down on me many of times. Very unprofessional people and all they care about is their clients, not you, and even that is too much effort for them. They are very robotic when it comes to empathy and understanding. All they want is your money and if you think you will EVER get a deposit back..... think again!!! How this company is still in business is beyond me. I will NEVER use this company again and will warn others from using them too.

NO We had a terrible rental experience with Martin’s Estate Agency, It was agreed that all our deposit would be returned as we didn’t live in the bungalow for long and we returned it as it was even cleaned the carpets, cooker, etc etc etc, …
