No email replies after several attempts and no call backs. And when you call in they are clueless, no one could give a straightforward answer.
If you are like this with just enquiring about rentals I couldn’t even imagine what a nightmare you would be when dealing with you managing a rental property.
Absolute nightmare company.

This property was originally due to be ready for renting at an earlier date. However, the Landlord offered his current tenants an extension to their end date, as he is entitled to do. This change of date has meant that no decision has been made on any applications received. All viewers and applicants who have phoned, emailed, or called at our office have been updated accordingly. They have also been advised that they will receive an update when a decision has been made, irrespective of whether they have been successful or not. As the Letting Agent, we can only pass on the information determined by the Landlord, not make decisions on his behalf.
The Landlord will consider the applications received in due course and we will ensure we give him all the information we have about each applicant to aid his final decision.
