Now that we have settled into our new home I just want to thank a few people who made our experience an absolute pleasure- which is not an often statement when it comes to dealing with estate agents! Firstly I would like to thank Sarah who showed us around our home in not only a professional but also calm and friendly manner. Viewing the house we were obviously very nervous about starting a new chapter in our lives but Sarah made this such a positive experience by making sure we had all the information about the house and that we were happy with what we had viewed. Secondly I would like to thank Naomi who was our point of contact throughout the whole process. Unlike most estate agents Naomi made sure that we were cued up with every step of the process from as little as any small problems they wanted to fix before we moved in which was amazing! Naomi was also so quick to respond to any queries we had which we found so helpful in such a crazy time of our lives! Naomi presented herself in such a professional but friendly manner which made us feel as though we could ask her absolutely anything and she would try her best to advise us or give us the information we needed! Finally I would like to that Moira who met us on the day of the move to sign the contract and ensure that we were happy with the standard of the house before moving in as well as carrying out the meter readings with us. Like the other members of staff we had dealt with at Ryder and Dutton Moira was so friendly and professional making what felt like a stressful day feel like such a breeze! Moira ensured we were happy and had signed all the right paper work before leaving us alone at the property as well as ensuring we knew what would happen next. So overall our experience with Ryder and Dutton as estate agents has been absolutely amazing and we cannot thank everyone we dealt with enough. Ryder and Dutton have given us a new definition to dealing with estate agents and that’s definitely a positive one! Thankyou so much!

Exceptional service from the team with a particular thanks to Brad and Michelle. Ryder and Dutton sold our house within 2-weeks and for an amazing price so we have no complaints!
