Initially good ...but gone down hill fast...communication poor . Data breaches !! Had my email address shared to 212 other people by the Director Adrian . Also my personal details passed to my tenants without my agreement resulting in them ringing me out of hours . You have to chase if your rent has arrived , fobbed off if rent is late . Looking to change agents once this tenancy ends . Data breaches have been reported .
