Extremely happy customers. First class service.

We were impressed with the fantastic team at Newton Fallowell (Lincoln) from the very beginning of the process of selling our house. Their expert advice and proficient and professional approach ensured a quick sale of our property which allowed us to secure our dream home. They also supported us through the process of exchanging contracts and agreeing completion dates which we greatly appreciated. Hassle free and very friendly and approachable.

It was extremely nice of Newton Falowells staff, to allow me to wait in their office for the keys to my first property..... they even rang the sellers solicitor to see if completion had taken place. A good experience all round, thank you.

sale of my mum's property

Newton Fallowell of Lincoln kept me informed all the way to sale from start to finish. It was a condition of the property insurance as it was unoccupied, that a check on the property be made at least once a week. Thankfully for me, a non driver and disabled, Newton Fallowell arranged for a member of staff to visit my Mum's bungalow once a week. A friendly team and not pushy in any way. I would certainly recommend them.

Thank you for selling my house!

A massive thanks to Kayrn and Abbie for the work they did in selling my house. Throughout the process they were very professional in their work and kept me up to date at all times with the progress. They showed prospective buyers around the property on numerous occasions. Offers were made twice on the property that eventually fell through but Karyn and Abbie were straight back on it, marketing the property again and striving to get the sell. I was so happy when the house eventually sold and it was thanks to the hard work put in my all the staff at Newton Fallowell and in particular Kayrn and Abbie. Thanks again. Kelly

Excellent service and would not go anywhere else!

We viewed a house that was being marketed by Newton and Fallowell and consequently ended up selling our house. They worked above and beyond with both our purchase and sale and was utterly delighted with the service that we received. Thanks again and would definitely use these in the future.

Friendly & professional service

I was very impressed with the way that Newton Fallowell dealt with the sale. They offered guidance on issues I was unsure about then When viewings were booked in, they were always genuine, with a potential buyer. Abbie looked after the sale was agreed. Excellent

Very happy that I chose Newton Fallowell to be my selling agents.
