Outstadning service!
Moving house is proven to be one of the most stressful things you will go through in your adult life, so going with the right agent is imperative. We bought our house with Newton Fallowell and couldn't be more impressed with their outstanding customer service, willingness to go the extra mile and their determination to make the process as smooth as possible for us, the client. Abbie Rawding always gave the best customer service, took my endless phone calls, got back to me in good time and always helped me with any arrangements I needed with the seller without any hesitation or grumble. Rebecca was also extremely helpful every time I called or popped into the office, arranging numerous viewing on the home we have now bought. Find another Estate Agent - walk away now!
I wasted almost £1000 and 3 very long months trying to buy a property that turned out to be in an almost uninhabitable condition, that as a Letting Agent they had been happily renting out. The worst Estate Agents Ive used in 20 years of being a homeowner. Shamefully poor customer service, terrible communicators, unwilling to listen or respond to complaints and overall an extremely unprofessional company. I would NEVER attempt to buy from them again and certainly advise other to please AVOID at all costs.
