Experience with Newton Fallowell , lettings has been highly stressful. Did not get legal documentation correct; have not passed on tenant reports; passed on a quote of £10,000 when £7,33 roll of draught excluder and £120 +VAT to patch a couple of areas of exterior render would solve problem; tried to pressure me into paying for upkeep of neighbouring property as Newton Fallowell Lettings personnel said "I'd rather not" communicate with neighbouring landlord - maybe they were angry at the service too??? Our property has not even had a periodic inspection and with a new tenancy. We are moving to another letting management agent which is sad as we had been with Easilett before they sold to Newton Fallowell for 10 years.
