Whilst Rebecca, the director attempted to be professional, we encountered a tirade of rudeness and unprofessionalism from one so called female manager who in one email commented that I did not pay her fee and this was after many incompetent and unprofessional communications. As with other complaints on Google, she had no idea how to communicate with individuals making such a large purchase. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. Rebecca apparently reprimanded the member of staff concerned but I never received feedback on this which she promised to do, so you can't even rely on a director to do what she promises. In all honesty if you want a stress free purchase or sale, avoid this company as many suggest in these reviews. Nobody should have to deal with such incompetence and rudeness, neither should one have to complain to receive a competent service. Staff interact as if on facebook and are offended when you expect a professional service. 1 Star awarded only because necessary for a review to be submitted and note numerous 1 star reviews on here too so our experience no doubt typical of this company of incompetents. Addendum - Rebecca's rude response below sums up the company and reinforces my points. AVOID THEM and the director blathering on in a delusional fashion and making excuses about Covid shows lack of progress and accountability for the number of similar complaints on here over the last 2 yrs without the presence of a pandemic.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear S, Thank you for your two star review which I was not surprised to receive. My colleague who progressed your purchase, despite your hostility and poor opinion towards her, managed to see it through to exchange and completion within 14 working days during a global pandemic, with 70% of conveyancing staff on furlough and our vendor living in Spain. Although you did not like her she did not give up and she continued to work tirelessly liaising with all parties to achieve the outcome of exchange and completion within the timeline you had set. Having dealt with you personally on thankfully only a few occasions I should be writing a review of congratulations to my colleague for keeping her sanity and to thank her for not leaving the industry after her dealings with you.
