After a year of 'purchasing' a property, where the exchange did not take place on theagreed date, and buyers stringing us along for another 6 months, with the estate agent not providing updates and then finally to cap it off the sellers pulls out and the estate agents don't have the decency to call but rather choose to hide behind an email.
