Truly appalling service from Mundys. Clare and Lorraine hindered the sale at every opportunity. They lied to the seller and I on multiple occasions, they showed people round the house when it was SSTC, they forgot to pass on important information to solicitors, and they tried to create animosity between myself and the seller as a sales tactic. At one point, they accidentally cc'd the seller into an email chain of the two of them bitching about him. Buying a house is supposed to be exciting, but it was an awful experience because of Mundys. The seller and I were only able to complete the purchase by getting in direct contact and removing Mundys as a middleman altogether. Unfortunately the seller was still forced to pay their commission in full, despite them doing nothing. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism. I put in a formal complaint and it was dismissed because they said they were just acting in the seller's best interests. Both myself and the seller would disagree with this.
