Particularly unsatisfactory experience with Mundy's Lettings. I have been chasing multiple times over the last few weeks, after guarantees from members of staff that a request will be 'sorted in the next few of days and we will let you know'. This same message has been given to me for the last 2 weeks. If a request will take longer that a few days, then honesty is the best policy, but I have not experienced this in Mundy's case
