I cannot praise enough the staff at Lovelle. We accepted an offer on my mother's house way back in mid August and eventually completed the sale yesterday. The reasons for the sale taking so long are many and varied, mostly further down the chain. Through the whole process Lovelle were extremely supportive and proactive, the staff clearly cared about the fact that it was a stressful time for us and shared our frustration at the delays in the process. The communication was excellent and the cheerful , understanding manner of the staff was most refreshing.
