Shocking client service and communication. I am a buyer and have had 2 really poor experiences of the Hykeham office. First experience I booked to see a property. The young chap showing us around showed up late without an apology. I left him with 3 questions to come back to me on. He never did and when someone phoned me to ask how I got on I told them about the 3 questions and was promised a call back...none came so I gave up on that property. Next experience I put an offer in on a property and waited a week for a reply. In the end I had to call them again only to be told that they had had to pass my enquiry to the previous agent as I had viewed it with them. When I asked why no one had bothered to call me to let me know what was going on they didn't have an answer. If you have people interested in properties you are selling surely you do everything in your power to keep them interested but no they don't care. When I sell my property I will not entrust it to them as I have no faith in them to actually treat the potential buyers properly.
