Try calling the branch...go on....see if you get anyone to answer....because I cant......try emailing the branch....again, nothing...my tenancy of nearly 5 years has just ended, and my landlord said we had left the property in an excellent condition and promptly informed Belvoir Lichfield to return our deposit of £900. They have not done so despite many emails, calls (having to leave answer phone messages only) and even an online chat with someone in another branch to contact them to contact me. It really is apalling behaviour, we have never given our landlord or the agent problems and to treat a tenant with 5 yrs of good history like this is shameful. Even the landlord cant return the money. Ben the manager (if he still is) has actually made things worse. DO NOT USE BELVOIR IF YOU ARE A PROSPECTIVE TENANT, LANDLORD OR HOMEBUYER.....
