Theydons sold our 4 bedroom double fronted Victorian house in Leytonstone in three months in the middle of the pandemic! They valued the house fairly and got us the price we wanted. Everyone we were in contact with at the agency was always professional, and in what was an emotional and stressful time for us, they were all supportive and patient at all times. We particularly liked the family ethos of the agency.

We moved to the area 8 years ago and bought through theydons and earlier this year we left the area selling with theydons. In both instances the service was brilliant - local agents, who know the area and just want to get people into homes they love. Selling during covid with all the delays was stressful but Alec was always super helpful and responsive and pushed things through to help move things on. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Cannot recommend this agent enough. I'm rather sceptical about estate agents but James represents the company brilliantly. Honest and diligent in his support to find the right property for us to rent, he laitened and reflected back his understanding of budget and spec in every property he put forward to me. They play a straight bat and I felt confident working with Theydons.
