After having a terrible

After having a terrible experience with another agency I believe theydons deserves a proper review from someone who has been a tenant in one of their managed properties for over 2 years. Theydons are excellent property managers. Theresa from the management team is always quick to respond and book us in for repairs fairly quickly or notify us immediately of any delays. James has been very supportive and helpful in helping us find another property as our needs have changed over the last year. I would be very reluctant to change agencies because in my 10 years of renting I have never been this satisfied with an agency
