We were very sceptical about going through an agency especially as Theydon's fees are not cheap, but their professionalism and the way they actually listen to what you are looking for and come back to you with exactly that impressed us tremendously. We were first in contact with Lauren. The first property we saw was not quite what we wanted, but she listened to our feedback, worked her magic and the second property was absolutely spot on! When we didn't get it because we were to slow to put an offer, she came back to us with a property that was even better under a week later and we have since moved in our new home and are loving it! Once the flat found, we were dealing with Amy. She was very patient in answering all our questions and finding out the information we needed for us so to make our move easier. We can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us so far and knowing that the property we ended up in is managed by them has put our minds at rest. All the staff at Theydons were friendly and eager to help.
