After being very disappointed

After being very disappointed with the service from another agency, we met with James Ball from Theydons in another attempt to sell our property. His enthusiasm , knowledge and positive attitude impressed us greatly. The photography of our property was far better than we had previously experienced and the description of it fully described it's assets in an interesting manner. The property sold in around two weeks and we are extermly grateful to James and Jack for their efforts in showing potential buyers around the property and dealing with all of our queries up to and including the day we moved from East London to Somerset to start the next chapter in our lives. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
