We've just completed the sale of our house through Theydons and we couldn't have asked for a better estate agency. From our first meeting with James, we felt that we were not only dealing with an experienced professional, but also with a really nice person who was cheerful, straightforward and a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with every aspect of the process - the initial advice, the photographs and marketing, the arrangements for viewings, the negotiation of the sale and the good-humoured support we received during the inevitable stressful moments. James and his colleagues were absolutely reliable throughout; they always did what they said they'd do and their communication was excellent.
