James was a brilliant help in helping us purchase in South Woodford. He navigated timezones as the owner was based mainly out of the country, he kept us updated and assisted both parties through some tough negotiations and always made himself available even when he was on annual leave during the final crucial stage of exchange. The property we were purchasing required extensive renovation work and he was so flexible in allowing us to visit more than once to take in the scope of the work so we were better prepared upon completion. We would definitely recommend James in the future and we are grateful for all of his hard work.
